Properties: white or colourless powder ,odourless,slowly soluble in water,the water solvent is alkaline ,easily soluble in abic-acid,insoluble in alcohol,relative density is 2.45,melting point is 807°C.

Applications: Water holding capacity enhance,processed meat and seafood products, prevent oxidant,restrain  struvite, emulsifier agent.

Storage and transport:It should be stored in a ventilative and dry warehouse instead of in the open air, kept away from water, moisture and sunlight during transport, handled with care, so as to avoid damage to plastic bags. Furthermore, it should be stored separately from poisonous substances.
