1.Product description
calcium cyclamate is a chemical traits white crystal or crystalline powder, almost odorless, sweet, sweetness from 30 to 50 times sweeter than sucrose, heat, light and air are stable. 140 ºC heat 2h, lose crystal water decomposition at 500 ºC. Soluble in water (25g / 100mL), slightly soluble in ethanol (1g / 60mL), almost insoluble in benzene, chloroform and ether. pH 10% aqueous solution of from 5.5 to 7.5.
