Description:
Ethylene bis stearamide EBS is a widely used lubricating agent, high-melting wax and liquid is white/yellow. It has good compatibility applied in most plastics with function of lubricating,dispersing,brighetning,demolding,smoothing,sticking resistance and antistatic.It has excellent coupling and dispersibility on pigment and paddings. Unsoluble in organic solvent and water. Soluble in high boiling point solvents such as xylene,chloroform and butanol.Flashing point under 285°C and density ratio is 0.98(25°C).
Uses for:
1. It was a new type of plastic lubricants, products widely used in PVC, ABS, high impact polystyrene, polyolefin, rubber, plastic molding, it has excellent external lubrication, and has good internal lubrication, making plastic molding process of improving the flow of molten plastic and separated mold release, resulting in improved production of plastic processing, lower power consumption, but also products received very high surface finish, smooth property.
2. In the rubber industry, the additive can be used for the plastic material Kang Viscosity, lubricant and releasing agent, and the hard rubber surface treatment agent.
3. Available in the paper industry as the waterproofing agent, defoamer.
4. Furniture polish and printing ink can be used as matting agent. In the asphalt, paraffin adn the right to increase the prodction of mobile lipid/drop point.
