Deatils:
Oxfendazole, the sulfoxide form of fenbendazole, is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic. Oxfendazole acts by destroying the microtubular structure in the intestinal epithelium of helminths thus inhibiting the uptake of glycogen from the intestine of the parasite.
Oxfendazole is effective in the treatment and control of adult and immature gastro-intestinal roundworms and lungworms (including Ostertagia, Haemonchus, Trichostrongylus, Nematodirus, Cooperia, Capillaria, Oesphagostomum, Chabertia, Trichuris and Dictyocaulus) for sheep, cattle, goats, and swine. It is also effective against roundworm eggs and tapeworms (Moniezia, head and segments).

Introduction:
Oxfendazole, the sulfoxide form of fenbendazole, is a broad spectrum benzimidazole anthelmintic used against roundworms, strongyles and pinworms for sheep, cattle, goats, and swine. It is a white to grey powder; insoluble in water, slightly soluble in acetone, chloroform, ether and methanol. Its chemical designation is [5-(phenylsulfinyl)-1H- benzimidazol-2-yl] carbamic acid methyl ester.
Anthelmintic (also spelled anthelminthic) is a chemical substance used to expel or destroy tapeworms in domestic animals.
Function and Application:
This product is a new broad-spectrum insecticide. Its efficacy is more than twice higher than that of benzimidazole. For all kinds of gastrointestinal nematode adults of sheep, cattle and pigs, the worm reduction rate is 95-100% at 23.5-5mg/kg dose. The reduction rate for each stage larva was 91-98%. Also effective on Hymenolepis nana and Dictyocaulus, but the effect of poor pig whipworm. This product has low toxicity and good tolerance. The rat LD50 is more than 6400mg/kg.
