1. Sodium benzenesulfinate is an intermediate in the preparation of chrysanthemic acid.
2. Sodium benzenesulfinate can also be used as a photographic reducing agent.
3. Sodium benzene sulfinate can be used as a bright nickel plating primary brightener.
4. Sodium benzenesulfinate can be used as a polymerization adhesion enhancer and plasticizer for plasticization and modification of polyamide, epoxy resin and phenolic resin.
